“A Must-Have for Any Online Retailer”
We have been using NoFraud for several years after having repeated fraud orders. Once we added NoFraud, the fraudulent orders were non-existent and it gave us peace of mind. There are still some frauds that come through, but we are confident in having their team guide us in the issue at hand and to help us solve the problem. Some of the issues were not related to the NoFraud app so it wasn’t their fault. I would NOT manage an online business without NoFraud. It is a MUST HAVE app when operating an ecommerce store. NoFraud has done an amazing job of monitoring not only fraudulent orders but orders from resellers as well. We started working with them in summer of 2023 and have seen an increase in sales that Shopify wouldn’t let through but were trustworthy, and we’ve correctly blocked orders that shouldn’t go through. We’ve been able to set up additional rules that take the manual guesswork out of our day-to-day and can spend our time with more useful tasks. Implementation was fairly easy and we are making constant improvements.

Their software was easy to integrate with our BigCommerce site. They do a great job of detecting fraudulent orders, and the few times we have received a chargeback the process of submitting for a credit has been easy. If we ever have a question or concern about an order, I can email them and generally get a response within an hour or two.

It’s truly a set-it-and-forget tool with minimal maintenance. Also, it is a lot stronger than Shopify’s native fraud alerts.
