We’ve been very happy with NoFraud and the protection it offers against fraudulent orders. It’s much more effective than Shopify’s built-in tools and has had a very low rate of false-positives or false-negatives. Customer support has also been consistently responsive and helpful. Pricing is reasonable as well. Setup is easy and there’s almost no work to maintain it; you just install it and forget it for the most part. We have had some false-positives but it’s easy to add an email to the whitelist after customer support confirms that they’re a legitimate customer.
